Vintage

This is my first Archtop guitar. For seven years I thoroughly researched these guitars. I read Benedetto’s book and lots of other literature to get a profound understanding of their nature. I had earlier repaired many cellos and double basses and all of this experience turned out to be very useful. You never know when you’ll use some of the things you learn! It took lots of time to prepare templates and I had to purchase many new tools. But it all paid off when the strings were attached and the first notes were sounded.
